WHAT IS EVOLVING VOICE?
EV offers digital tools, fashion, and events to help towards an enriched life centered on understanding. This is a never-ending, lifelong journey that requires daily commitment – we are constantly evolving, so check back often for updates. And remember you need LOVE to EVOLVE.
TELL ME ABOUT YOUR MERCHANDISE.
Our merch acts as reminders and mantras with velcro patches that can be easily removed, replaced, or replaced depending on what serves you on a given day.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Based in NYC, baby. We host events in our office in Chelsea and have our showroom open to come and peruse the goods.

WHAT IS YOUR SOCIAL IMPACT?
We donate a portion of proceeds to support our nonprofit partner, The Felix Organization, sponsor and volunteer at events (like Dance This Way, Golf This Way, and Rock This Way), and create custom merchandise to generate new awareness and engagement. We’ve donated over $35,000 to date & have volunteered 80+ hours!
HOW ARE YOU SUSTAINABLE?
By making high quality items that will last a long time, we are reducing our waste and footprint. Our patches are made from a velcro-ready material and can be easily swapped out, so our items are meant to evolve with you & be loved for a long time. Please don’t buy them to use them just a few times – it’s not worth the footprint! We also use post-industrial recycled material for the inside linings of our bags and value-engineer our items to reduce waste along every step of the supply chain.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and/or lint brush. The inside of all the bags are made with a red waterproof coating that makes it super easy to clean up any spills or stains.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an email after checking out with your order confirmation and a second email with your tracking information once the order has shipped out. However, if you are unsure about the status of your order, you can email us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we would be happy to provide you with more information in regards to your order.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
We begin working on your order as soon as it’s received, so please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to cancel your order – unfortunately, we are not able to make changes to an order that has been placed.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to all 50 states within the US (residential addresses, no PO boxes!) We aren’t quite set up to ship internationally, but we’re working on it – stay tuned!
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer FREE shipping for all orders $75 and over. For orders below $75, there is a shipping fee of $7.99.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Our standard shipping time is usually between 7-14 business days. Please allow additional time for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT HASN’T ARRIVED?
Don’t worry! If your tracking says delivered and you haven’t received it, please save your tracking information and allow up to 3 additional business days for it to be received – sometimes tracking is updated before arriving. If it still has not been received after this time please reach out to the shipping company and get a claim number, then reach out to us at email@example.com.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and reach out to us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. We’ll take care of it for you, dw 🙂
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We can accept returns within 14 days of receiving (unused & with original packaging). Credit will be issued upon receipt. Contact us directly.
